Terms of Service

1. I have the right to refuse commissions.
   Should I cancel an ongoing commission, the cost will be fully or partially refunded depending on amount of progress made.
2. Please pay in full once draft is approved on.
3. Watermark / signature must not be removed.
   Credit is appreciated.
4. Do not use my artwork for commercial purposes without talking to me first.
5. When commissioning art involving another person's character, please show proof of permission from that person.
6. Progress shots may be requested at any time, but please be mindful not to spam.
7. If a deadline exists, please tell me at least 2 weeks prior.
8. If no replies are given within a month during an ongoing commission, the commission will be dropped.
   Please tell me if anything comes up so I can make exemptions.
9. Prices may fluctuate according to the amount of effort I have put into the piece.
   It may be higher by the end.
10. By default, all commissions will be displayed publicly.
